So I was lucky enough to get to do a pasta making lesson with the Barefoot team at Fifteen Cornwall a few weeks back. Now as many people know I love my food and do enjoy cooking but wasn't really expecting the pride that I had when I made a tiny little pasta shape. Andy Appleton who was showing us the pasta ropes had a relaxed but informative approach. There is an obvious passion for the food not only from Andy but the whole Fifteen team. This really came across and was very infectious. When I was told my pasta looked good I must admit to feeling chuffed (although I obviously kept my cool image with poker face).
